AXZ Plans for Ford Employees, Friends, and Family

The AXZ Ford discount plans are designed to reward and recognize current and past Ford employees, their families, and partners. The Ford AXZ Plan provides special savings for three groups. The A Plan is for current employees, the Z Plan applies to retirees, and the X Plan covers friends, neighbors, and partners.

An eligible Ford employee, retired, or surviving spouse may generate up to four PINs per calendar year. These individuals can use these PINs toward the purchase or lease of a new Ford vehicle or themselves or an eligible driver.

A and Z Plans for Employees, Retirees, and Surviving Spouses

Individuals who are eligible for the A and Z plans often receive the most impressive savings. The groups of people who may be eligible for A and Z plans include:

• Hourly and salaried active full-time employees
• Retired full-time Ford employees
• Surviving spouses of employees, including those of active employees who died and most surviving spouses of retirees

X Plan for Friends and Neighbors

If you're the friend or acquaintance of a Ford employee, you can receive a PIN and take advantage of the X Plan by logging onto an AXZ account at www.axz.ford.com. An eligible Ford employee or retiree can sponsor up to four PINs per calendar year for friends and neighbors to use towards the purchase or lease of a new vehicle.

X Plan for Ford Partner Recognition

Partners can also use an eligible PIN by logging onto www.fordpartner.com. An eligible Partner Recognition employee or retiree can generate up to two PINs per calendar year.

College Student Discount

Students need to meet one of the requirements below to be eligible:

• Recent College Graduates: Student has graduated and is within three years from their date of graduation. For example, if a student graduates on May 6, 2022, they will be eligible until May 31, 2025. A student that graduated on May 4, 2022, they are eligible through May 31, 2025.
• Active College/Trade School Students: Student is enrolled Full-time OR Half-time based on the specifications of an accredited Four-Year College/University, Junior College, Community College, or Trade School that the student is attending
• Active Graduate Students: Student is currently enrolled based on the specifications of an accredited Graduate School program
• College Student Internships Participants, Trade School Apprenticeships, and Medical Student residencies now qualify with the following restrictions: Student is currently attending or will attend next semester.
• High School Seniors or Recent High School Graduates with a letter of intent to attend a qualifying university: Student must have completed all requirements for graduation to qualify using an anticipated or future graduation date and can provide a Letter of Intent to attend a qualified university.

Ineligible Student Categories:

• One-course completion certificates.
• Those students enrolled less than half-time based on the specifications of an accredited College/University/Trade School.
• English as a second language courses do not qualify.
• On-the-job training courses (i.e., sales training, teaching certificates, professional designations, and adult education courses).

PROOF OF STUDENT ELIGIBILITY

Proof of Full-Time or Half-Time enrollment status based on the specifications of an accredited Four-Year College/University, Junior College, Community College, or Trade School

OR

For those students between terms (i.e. summer semester/vacation) or recent high school seniors entering their first term in college in the fall, proof of prior or future term enrollment (see examples below)

Examples of eligible documentation include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Copy of College/University Diploma
• Copy of Final Transcript
• Letter from College/University/Trade School Registrar's office stating conferred graduation date and type of degree earned
• Dated letter of intent confirming enrollment - valid for no more than 6 months
• Current class schedule

Note: The student's full name and school name must be listed as an original part of the provided documentation.

Renewal, Red Carpet Lease (RCL)

When this verbiage is used in an advertisement or configured in a payment you received, it means that you currently have a Ford lease in the household.

Military

Qualifying military and family members include:

• Active Military Personnel in the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard
• National Guard, Reservists Serving on Active Duty and members of the Delayed Entry/Enlistment Program (DEP)
• Veterans Separated within the last 24 months - If you are a veteran separated by more than 2 years, you might still be eligible for Bonus Cash as a member of the DAV, PVA, or Veterans Advantage.
• Spouse/Surviving spouse, or other household members

Military Appreciation Cash is exclusively for Active military personnel, National Guard, Reservists serving on Active Duty, members of the Delayed Entry/Enlistment Program (DEP), Veterans within 24 months of separation, Retirees, Spouse/Surviving Spouse, and other household members, who are residents of the United States of these U.S. Military Branches: Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, and Coast Guard

First Responder

First Responder and Medical Professional Appreciation Cash exclusively for active members of an eligible First Responder Association or Medical profession. Available toward the purchase or lease of an eligible new 2023/2024/2025 Ford or Lincoln vehicle. Not available on Mustang Shelby GT350®, Mustang Shelby® GT350R, Mustang Shelby® GT500®, F-150 Raptor, Bronco and Mustang Mach-E.
